Damask banquet tablecloth featuring grasses and morning glories, the Great Arms and a ducal crown, late 19th to early 20th century. In linen damask with a charming design of wildflowers in delicate, finely drawn motifs; the border features garlands interwoven with bellflowers, gesses, bindweed and grasses between two undulating beaded friezes, the table runner features a medley of sinuous stems in the same floral ornamental style, with large bouquets of blooming peonies, cornflowers and grass inflorescences. A large coat of arms featuring lions beneath a ducal crown, very finely embroidered in plumetis and point de sable. Dimensions: 5.65 m x 2.40 m (good condition, a few bobbles)
