18th-century French school. Portrait of Anne Françoise Charlotte de Montmorency Luxembourg. Oil on canvas. H.: 240 cm – W.: 124 cm. Inscriptions on the left Anne Charlotte Françoise de Montmorency-Luxembourg (1752–after 1829) was the last heiress of the Montmorency- Luxembourg branch. As the wife of Anne Léon II de Montmorency-Fosseux, she passed on the title of Duke of Montmorency to this branch of the family.
