Flintlock pistol, first half of the 18th century. Hunting civilian. Double barrel in table. Early stock shape ending in a prominent steel cap. Single gooseneck grips (without reinforcement), French made L et A Penet (?) Frères.
Perfectly functional locks. Original hammers, supplied with flints clamped in the jaws.
Faceted steel basins.
Wood engraved with shell motifs (Louis XIV period).
