Description
Niki de SAINT PHALLE (1930–2002) An autograph letter in ink from Niki de Saint-Phalle addressed to Marie-France Pestel-Debord, her solicitor, on paper illustrated with an engraving depicting a swan (?), dated 25 October 98. “Dear Marie-France, I am sending you the very kind letter that Le Fantome wrote to me… I read it to Marina and we immediately thought of Lolas because of the humour, intelligence and passion for the work. Thank you again; after reading his letter, I am even more convinced that this is going to be a wonderful collaboration. Lots of love. Nikita” Ink and etching on paper 28 x 22 cm. OH
