A pair of so-called ‘snowball’ vases, each decorated in polychrome with parrots, birds and insects perched on branches, against a background of a relief design featuring a thousand small flowers. At the base, a nest with chicks and eggs; late 19th–early 20th century. H. 55 cm, D. 32 cm. Numerous chips to the flowers; slight losses to the foliage and birds.
