Violin bow made around 1900 by Joseph-Arthur VIGNERON (senior), comprising all its main parts; signed
‘A.VIGNERON A PARIS’ on the stick, above the frog, with a silver frog, weighing 64.4 g, made of pernambuco wood.
In fairly good condition.
Condition: minor knocks on the head, slightly raised at the collar. Signs of wear on the back of the stick. Cracks and wear on the thumb rest; the grain mortise is damaged. Button pin missing.
Any certificate issued by the Jean-François Raffin Expert Bowmakers’ Workshop shall be at the buyer’s expense.
