Profile of the city of Arras and map of the siege. The upper border is decorated with the kingdom’s coat of arms, trophies of arms and portraits of “Louis XIII”, “Anne of Austria” and the “Duke of Anjou”. The lower frieze is adorned with two scenes in medallions: the “Capture of Saint-Paul” and the “Capture of Saint-Eloy”, surrounded by flags,..
