A fitted lid, matching the shape, with two button-shaped handles. Decorated with stamped floral motifs within circles (flowers, palm leaves, flowering branches with foliage, and fleurs-de-lis). Between the two handles, it bears the inscription ‘EPERNAY’ in a cartouche underlined by a pattern of small squares. The rims are embellished with decorative friezes imitating trimmings.
