The case of shaped form with scrolling foliate motifs, the circular dial surmounted by a putto, the gilding refreshed, the matching 6 inch dial with ormolu centre and individual white enamel Roman numerals, the blued steel hands with pierced centres, the typical French movement with external count wheel striking the hours and half hours on a polished steel bell with silk suspension, currently ticking and striking. 62cm high, 41cm wide, 22cm deep
