176. A pair of Louis XVI style ormolu-mounted white-decorated pale green Paris porcelain vases by Maison Alphonse Giroux, Paris, circa 1860-1870
Each of elongated baluster form, the rim with leaf-tip border above dragon handles and on a square-shaped base with acanthus motif and canted angles mounted with rosettes, the base signed 'MAISON ALPH. GIROUX PARIS', 28cm wide, 63cm high (11in wide, 24 1/2in high)
