187. 187W A Swiss green lacquered and parcel gilt decorated Pendule Neuchateloise à sonnerie
The case surmounted by a turned finial over a removable shaped top, the sides and front decorated with painted detailing with a large pendulum observation window to the front and raised on a matching bracket, the 9.5 inch white enamel dial with black Roman numerals and finely painted Arabic five minute markers with blued steel hands and applied gilt detailing, the quarter striking movement with strike work mounted to the backplate with a verge escapement and powered by two going barrels, currently ticking and striking. 85cm high, 34cm wide, 14cm deep
