PATEK PHILIPPE Patek Philippe & Co, “Pink on Pink”, Ref. 1218/1, movement no. 841466, case no. 507574, made in 1941 A very fine and very rare, attractive, hand wound, rectangular-shaped, 18K pink gold lady’s wristwatch with silvery pink champagne dial, pink gold Baton hands and applied pink gold indexes, leather cords strap with gold rings. Fitted with a Cal. 8’’’80, rectangular, mechanical, manual winding, rhodium-plated movement, with self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator, monometallic balance with timing screws, straight line lever escapement, snap on gold case back, overhanging lugs. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 11.30 x 34 mm (including lugs), Thickness 8.10 mm. Approx. overall length 175 mm. Accompagnied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives stating that the present was made in 1941 and sold on December 18th the same year.
