An extremely fine and very rare, small and elegant, hand wound, diamond-set 18K white gold lady’s cocktail wristwatch with silvered dial, elongated diamond-set lugs and bezel, leather strap and steel Omega buckle.
Fitted with a cal. 640, round shaped, mechanical movement, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, with back winder.
Dial, case and movement signed.
