A silver-plated tea and coffee set with bevelled edges and a shell motif, comprising: a serving tray (52 x 34 cm), a teapot (19 cm), a coffee pot (24 cm), a sugar bowl (16 cm) and a milk jug (12 cm). Handles and knobs in blackened wood. Silversmith’s hallmark: Saglier Frères. Also included are 2 silver-plated sugar tongs decorated with lion’s paws or leaves (one bearing the hallmark of Armand Frenais). Minor scratches from wear.
