Remarkable decoration and superb graphics (inspired by the motifs found in the 17th century carpets of the Safavid dynasty under Shah Abbas 1 st, the Persian Louis XIV).
Good condition
Old rose field decorated with a mosaic of floral medallions forming pendants very delicately drawn in polychrome surrounded by multiple very finely drawn motifs of floral buds, leaves, coloured stones in the form of stylised diamonds.
Triple borders, the main one ivory, with motifs reminiscent of the central field.
