CHEST OF DRAWERS with a curved front and sides, projecting uprights, and all surfaces finished in rosewood veneer inlaid with a curly pattern within rosewood frames; it opens to reveal three drawers in three rows and stands on curved legs.
Top in reddish-brown Flemish marble.
Ornamentation comprising bronze pull handles, lock plates, finials and feet. Stamped H. HANSEN and JME.
Louis XV–Louis XVI transitional period.
