Underside of the guard stamped ‘Manceaux à Paris’. Curved blade, with a flat back, hollow sides and a fuller, engraved, gilded and half-blued, featuring a motif of leaves and military insignia, and marked on one side ‘Coulaux Frères’ and on the other ‘Manufre du Klingenthal’.
