Messerschmitt 109F identification poster Original poster classified as RESTRICTED, measuring 50 x 35 cm (modern frame), issued by the Army Air Forces Identification Unit and dated 1 October 1942. This date appears at the bottom of the poster. A distinctive feature of the posters in this series, which focus on enemy aircraft, is that they show one or two 3D views of the aircraft.
