First edition. Published as a tribute to the famous engraver Roger Lacourière, this work by Iliazd also includes a text by Pablo Picasso: "Aux quatre coins de la pièce". It contains 13 etchings or drypoints, including 3 in colour, by BEAUDIN, BRYEN, DERAIN, DUNOYER DE SEGONZAC, ERNST, GIACOMETTI, MAGNELLI, MARCOUSSIS, MASSON, MIR??, PASCIN, PICASSO and SURVAGE.
Limited edition of 75 copies. One of 65 copies on old Japon, an unnumbered copy, signed by Iliazd on the receipt, probably one of the XV hors-commerce reserved for "companions". This copy bears the autograph signatures of Beaudin, Bryen, Dunoyer de Segonzac, Ernst, Magnelli, Masson, Miró, Picasso and Survage; the names of Derain, Giacometti, Marcoussis and Pascin are printed among the autograph signatures.
