FRENCH ALGERIA POSTAL PARCELS FOR ABROAD. ( * ) RARE COLLECTION of SPECIAL NOTICES, 5 complete documents from the Algerian Railways and the postal administration, bearing various Algerian ‘postage stamp’ stamps of various values: 5c, 10c, 15c, 25c, 40c, 50c, plus tax stamps and various station and transit cancellations, customs marks, etc. ( * ) In the 1920s, special forms were used on which additional charges (station surcharges, bulky parcels, etc.) were not indicated by stamps but were calculated directly by hand on the form.
