[BRAYER]. VIALAR (Paul). THE HORSE. P., Éditions d’Art Agori, [c. 1973]. In-plano in folios, bound in a natural-coloured cloth cover with a tan flap, illustrated on the front cover with a horse and a facsimile of the artist’s signature. Waterstains along the margins of 2 loose-leaf lithographs; 2 faint water-stain rings along the lower margin of one loose-leaf lithograph, without affecting the image; waterstains on the half-title page and on the paper slipcase containing the lithographs. FIRST EDITION containing 12 COLOUR LITHOGRAPHS, signed in graphite by the artist and numbered ‘216/250’. Three lithographs have been mounted on hardboard, four are mounted on Marie-Louise mounts and five are loose sheets. Print run limited to 280 COPIES. ONE of the 165 numbered copies on BFK vellum from Rives, numbered 216/250. ENCLOSED is an original poster from an ‘Yves Brayer’ exhibition at the Galerie Dutilleul (Albi and Toulouse).
