Three folio volumes in half-greige cloth, covers and spines covered in printed ivory-coloured paper (publisher’s binding). The upper cover of volume 1 is split; the inner hinge of volume 2 is split. FIRST EDITION of this important reference work, with a print run limited to 1,000 COPIES.
