The model shown was reproduced by DASSON after a design by Pierre Gouthière, originally created by Jean-Louis PRIEUR (1759–1795); the design plate was featured in the exhibition ‘Dessiner et ciseler le bronze’ in October 2015 at the Nissim de CAMONDO Museum, and a similar piece is held at the Cognacq Jay Museum in Paris
