WALTHAM – SILVER POCKET WATCH. Silver pocket watch marked Farringdon – No. 325. Savonnette case – White enamel dial, small seconds at 6 o’clock, Roman numerals, worn gold hands and inner crystal. Hand-wound movement signed Waltham, Mass. Calibre: lever escapement. Functions: H-M-S. Serial No. 3963557. Dates from 1888–1889. Weight: 132.04g. Diameter: 50mm. Engraved ‘Denis O’Leary 6.96.’ on the double caseback. On a silver chain, presented with a wooden watch stand featuring mother-of-pearl inlay. Worn; winding key and time-setting key missing; movement requires servicing.
