The Works of the Most Holy Martyr Caecilius Cyprian, Bishop of Carthage, now in its third edition, more thoroughly corrected of errors than previous editions, and collated with the most ancient manuscripts, with the addition of numerous passages not previously published, and annotations on those considered obscure or ambiguous, through the diligence and care of Dr Erasmus of Rotterdam. With printer’s mark on the title page and lower left-hand page, as well as several figurative woodcut initials. Basel, Froben, 1525. 12 leaves, 507 pages, 14 folio leaves. Restored in contemporary leather with rich gilt decoration and a modern spine label.
