Frankfurt, Christoph Riegel, 1731. 7 leaves, 1264, 352, 296 pp. Contemporary half-leather binding with handwritten title label (scraped, rubbed, bumped and stained; front joint broken; book block detached from spine). Berlin State Library, lost in the war. – VD18 10811818-003 – Rare; currently not traceable by us on the international market. – Contains contemporary annotations and underlinings in the text, on the rear flyleaf and on the inside cover. - Front joint broken (some leaves loose), paper-related browning, in places slightly stained and with brown spots as well as water stains, in places with marginal discolouration, individual plates with minor defects. Overall in good condition. With an engraved portrait frontispiece and several partly folded copper-engraved plates. - Contemporary vellum binding with a handwritten title on the spine (rubbed, scuffed, bumped and stained; front joint broken; block detached from the spine). Rare; currently not verifiable by us in the international trade. - Contemporary annotations and underlining in the text, on the rear flyleaf and inside cover. Annotations and underlining. - Front joint broken (some loose leaves), browned due to the paper, some spotting and brown staining as well as moisture stains, some marginal wear, some plates with minor defects. Overall in good condition.
