2 handwritten letters, signed by the German architect (1861–1927), addressed to Hermann von Seefeld in Berlin. Nikolassee (Berlin), 29 March 1905 and Marienbad, 5 June 1926.
Contains: 2 pages on 1 double sheet of handmade paper, with congratulations on moving into his new home and an announcement of his later arrival at the building site with two gentlemen. - The country house built for Hermann von Seefeld in Berlin-Zehlendorf in 1904–1905 was designed by Muthesius. - Postcard sent whilst on a spa break in the cold and cough-ridden Marienbad, announcing his return. - Slightly browned due to the nature of the paper. - Overall in good condition.
