Contains reports, minutes, defence submissions, expert opinions, petitions to the Elector, replies from his chancellery, etc., concerning a case of adultery. – Also included are two further handwritten court files from Radis: Judicial records concerning the pregnancy case pending against Marien Elisabeth Friesin in Gräfenhaynichen, the forfeiture of the paternal inheritance due to the latter, brought against Andreas Ludley in Uthausen, and the complaint lodged by the former in this regard ... concerning (effend). 1796. 4 unnumbered, 19 handwritten numbered, 1 unnumbered folio (approx. 35 x 21 cm).
