Thuringia Schlechtart’s guardianship accounts. A collection of 38 booklets containing guardianship accounts of the income and expenditure of the minor children of Wilhelm Bunthard (26), as well as those of the minor children of Hans Ureisen and Claus Schaden (10). German manuscripts on laid paper bearing the ‘Schlechtart’ watermark, dated 1607–1633. In total, approx. 150 leaves (each approx. 33.5 x 10 cm, some blank). Partly dusty and with minor marginal discolouration; some accounts bear a note from the Heldburg authorities (dated 1633); overall, a well-preserved source on the economic history of rural Thuringia.
