America – Revolution In the sixteenth year of the reign of George III, King of Great Britain, France and Ireland. With a coat-of-arms woodcut on the title page and several woodcut borders in the text. London, Charles Eyre and William Strahan, 1776. pp. 107–206. Contemporary half leather with marbled covers (somewhat heavily scuffed, rubbed and bumped; covers loose). With numerous contemporary annotations. – On the inside cover, a mounted bookplate of Walter Selby; on the flyleaf, a handwritten ownership inscription ‘Thomas(?) Selby’. - The endpapers and the first and last leaves are somewhat stained and mottled; traces of a previous binding are visible on the inner spine. Overall in good condition. With coats of arms woodcut on the title page and some woodcut borders in the text. Contemporary half-leather binding with marbled boards (somewhat heavily scuffed, rubbed and bumped; covers loose). - With numerous contemporary annotations. - Inside cover with a mounted bookplate of Walter Selby; on the flyleaf, an ownership inscription reading ‘Thomas(?)
