Cloth-bound with rich gilt edging and title on the spine, together with a paperback booklet in a paperboard slipcase (slipcase scuffed and sun-bleached).
The tomb of Crown Prince Li-Chungjen of the Tang Dynasty, excavated in 1971 and 1972, was adorned with over 50 elaborate wall paintings. This work, written in Chinese, provides a detailed overview of the tomb’s pictorial decoration. Includes the accompanying English-French booklet. – In good overall condition.
