Oschatz in Chemnitz and Teubner in Leipzig. Years later, 674 and 808 copies respectively remained of the Appendix and Supplement to *Human, All Too Human*, whilst as many as 915 copies of the first part of *Zarathustra* were still in circulation. The remaining copies were taken over by Nietzsche’s first publisher, Fritzsch, following Schmeitzner’s insolvency in 1886 and were presumably distributed as new editions with altered title pages. - Title page of *Miscellaneous Opinions and Sayings* with a handwritten dedication in black ink, dated 1909.
