Munich, Phantasus, 1920. 3 leaves (half-title, leaf with publisher’s mark, title page, 1st woodcut), 58 pp., 2 leaves (1st woodcut, proof) 4°. Hand-bound in half-leather with gold-embossed title and designer’s vignette, together with gold-edged headband; the covers additionally covered with embroidered silk (slightly rubbed).
