Shakespeare, William A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Illustrated by P. von Haken. Translated into German by A. W. von Schlegel. Munich: Georg W. Dietrich, 1918. 115 pp., 12°. Brown old leather with gold-embossed centrepiece monogram, fillets and gilt edging. (Spine slightly faded). Rodenberg, 399, 9. – One of 50 (out of a total of 150) numbered copies of the deluxe edition on Japanese paper. Printed in the semi-bold Schwalbach typeface. Endpapers show minimal glue stains; the last two blank leaves have a small stain on the upper margin; otherwise a good copy. This lot is subject to standard tax.
