Rare. – Fourth edition, first published in 1532. Houzeau-L. 3257. Benzing 128. – “A user’s guide to Johann Stoeffler’s *Elucidatio fabricae ususque astrolabii*, which Köbel probably wrote down in 1530.” (Benzing) – Köbel was not only an outstanding geometer, but also a vicar, printer, copperplate engraver and poet. He studied in Kraków and was a fellow student of Copernicus. – Slight water-staining on the upper and lower margins. A fine copy.
