Description
Tray loading/unloading machine manufactured by ACM in 2016, fitted with:
- 2 magazines, each capable of holding approximately 225 trays. Each magazine can be removed without stopping the destacker arm. The magazine guides are manually adjustable. Each magazine is fitted with a level sensor and a holding mechanism comprising pneumatically operated clamps. The distance between the two clamps is manually adjustable.
- 1 multi-format gripper head fitted with suction cups, adjustable to suit the size of the trays. Suction is provided by a Venturi system with vacuum control via a vacuum switch
- 1 manipulator with X- and Y-axis movements
- 1 sensor to detect the presence of products in the moulds, for manual removal or correction with an operator alarm
- 1 sensor to detect the presence of trays in the moulds
- 1 protective housing with access doors for loading trays
- 1 electrical cabinet with a protective control unit for all actuators
