Description
Regarding the public auction of a Licence IV arising from the simplified judicial winding-up of SAS CHEZ EDDY, registered with the RENNES Trade and Companies Register under number 953 968 609, with its registered office at CENTRE COMMERCIAL SHOP’IN - 35740 PACE, and placed in simplified judicial liquidation by order of the Commercial Court of RENNES dated 3 June 2026.
This sale is being conducted at the request of SELARL PRAXIS, with its registered office at 39 RUE DU CAPITAINE MAIGNAN, RENNES, acting in its capacity as Liquidator, a role to which it was appointed by the same judgement handed down by the Commercial Court of RENNES, on 3 June 2026.
The successful bidder for the licence shall be personally responsible for all administrative and legal procedures, both prior to and following the sale, of which they are deemed to be aware, in particular with regard to the assignment, transfer, conveyance and operation of the licence, the feasibility of which they are deemed to have verified. Furthermore, the successful bidder acknowledges that they may not bring any legal action against the Judicial Liquidation or the Judicial Commissioner. Furthermore, the successful bidder declares that they meet all administrative, policing and nationality requirements for obtaining and operating a licence, and that they are not a legally incapacitated adult or legally barred from operating a licence.
The successful bidder shall pay in cash the hammer price plus all charges, namely:
- fees payable prior to the auction
- fees payable after the auction (registration)
- as well as the auction fees on the sale price (i.e. 14.28 per cent).
