Sale as a single lot of the ambulances registered as GX-446-QA (lot no. 52), FA-714-CR (lot no. 53) and FD-156-KP (lot no. 54). INCLUDING 3 ASSOCIATED AUTHORISATIONS FOR THE COMMISSIONING OF MEDICAL TRANSPORT VEHICLES IN ISÈRE (38). SALE NOT SUBJECT TO VAT •Successful bidders must comply with the regulatory requirements applicable to the medical transport sector and hold a licence issued by the ARS; •The authorisations for entry into service are linked to the medical vehicles to which they relate and must, therefore, be transferred together with the vehicles in question; •The authorisations remain linked to the department under which they were issued, as well as to the on-call sector to which the vehicles are assigned, where applicable; •any transfer of authorisations in the context of the judicial liquidation remains subject to the prior consent of the ARS, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions. The award of the contract cannot, therefore, in itself entail the definitive transfer of the authorisations to the purchaser. --> The vehicles are sold together with the items and administrative authorisations specified in the lot description, subject to their validity and transferability. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to enquire in advance with the relevant Regional Health Agency (ARS) regarding the conditions for the transfer of the authorisation to place the vehicle into service (AMS) and to carry out, after the sale and under their sole responsibility, all the necessary procedures for this transfer as well as for the operation of the medical transport vehicle. The award of the lot shall not constitute an agreement, approval or authorisation from the ARS regarding the transfer of the AMS. The transfer and the obtaining of any authorisation or approval necessary for the operation of the vehicle remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser, at their own risk and expense. Consequently, the Firm does not guarantee either the acceptance or the actual granting of the AMS transfer by the ARS, nor the retention or issue of any administrative authorisation required for the operation of the vehicle. Any refusal, restriction, condition or impossibility of transfer raised by the ARS shall not give rise to any claim, cancellation of the sale, reduction in price or compensation against the Firm.
