The Sale is made in cash and in Euros. Any person who places a bid undertakes to pay personally and immediately the hammer price plus any costs payable by the buyer and any taxes and duties that may be due. The successful bidder will be issued with a sales slip, which will serve as an invoice and proof of the sales contract. The successful bidder must immediately give or confirm his identity, address and bank details. FRAYSSE & ASSOCIÉS reserves the right to refuse payment by a third party. In addition to the auction price ("hammer price"), the buyer must pay the buyer's commission per lot. The standard commission rate is 28.5% inclusive of tax (i.e. 23.75% excluding tax) and for books 22% inclusive of tax (i.e. 20.85% before tax).3 The commission rate for goods sold via the DROUOT or INTERENCHÈRES platforms during "live auction sales" is 31% including tax and for books 24% including tax).

No lot will be handed over to before payment of the full full payment of the hammer price, the buying commission, taxes and duties taxes, duties and other charges due. à In the event of payment by uncertified cheque or by bank transfer, the delivery of the items will be deferred until final collection.
