Dear clients and friends, we would like to thank you for your interest in our auction and inform you that we will only be able to respond to your enquiries from Monday 6 July onwards. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Category C and B firearms are subject to declaration; bidders must provide the following in order to collect their lots:
- A valid licence from the French Shooting Federation, stamped by a doctor.
- A valid hunting licence and its current validation.
- A licence from the French Clay Pigeon Shooting Federation.
Your SIA number, if you have one; otherwise, we will generate one for you during the registration process. To do this, we will need a copy of your national identity card, your current address, your telephone number and your email address.
N.B. Bidders who hold only a hunting licence must have set up their online account and created their SIA number before they can collect their lots, so that the auction house can record their purchases directly on the system.
Professional buyers will be required to provide a valid copy of their Category ‘B’ or ‘C’ firearms trading licence, depending on the classification of the lots, and their S.I.A. number.
A check will be carried out against the national FINADIA register; if the bidder is listed on this register, the sale will be cancelled without the possibility of a claim.
Condition ratings are specified at the end of each description.

(3) Fair condition
(4) Poor condition.
These ratings are further qualified, where applicable, by ‘+’ or ‘-’.
Please note that the weapons presented in this sale are sold as collector’s items and that SARL Marambat - de Malafosse cannot be held liable in the event of their inappropriate use.
The Auction House does not arrange any dispatch.
