For four days, the Millon storage facility is opening its doors for a major marathon sale featuring several hundred lots. Public auctions are conducted on a cash-only basis and the Successful Bidder must pay the Sale Price immediately after the auction, regardless of whether they intend to remove their Lot from French territory (see below ‘Removal from French territory’). The Successful Bidder must personally pay the Sale Price and, in particular, in the event of payment from a bank account, must be the account holder. For any payment of an invoice exceeding €10,000, the source of the funds will be requested from the Successful Bidder in accordance with Article L.561-5, 14° of the Monetary and Financial Code. Payment may be made as follows: · in cash, for debts (as stated on the invoice) totalling 1,000 € or less where the debtor is resident for tax purposes in France or is acting in the course of a business activity, and for debts totalling 15,000 € or less where the debtor can prove that they are not resident for tax purposes within the territory of the French Republic and are not acting for the purposes of a business activity. No payment made in instalments – part in cash up to the limit and the balance by another payment method – will be accepted. Internet fees: 1.5% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales, 1.5% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €60 excluding VAT per vehicle. No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
