Special conditions:
• The items offered for sale are second-hand goods. As such, they show signs of normal wear and tear resulting from use and the passage of time. This ‘normal wear and tear’ is not specifically mentioned, unlike any damage, which is not described as such. Where items offered for sale are “new”, this is stated in the product description. • Unless a label is present, the sizes given are for information purposes only, based on our sellers’ estimates or after trying the items on. These measurements cannot under any circumstances be taken as a guarantee. • The garments on offer have been worn. As such, it is recommended that you wash them before use. * All our results are published on our website a few days after the sale (maximum: 1 week). No requests regarding the non-publication of our results will be accepted. • Items purchased via live auction platforms can only be collected after the auction has ended and the necessary post-auction checks have been carried out. We therefore strongly recommend that lots be collected from the Tuesday following the sale. • Lots may be collected from Ruellan Auction Paris from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 18.00. Should the buyer wish to authorise a third party to collect the lots, a power of attorney must be sent to us in advance at the email address mentioned above. The authorised third party must also present a valid form of identification. • Storage of purchased lots is free of charge for up to 40 days after the auction.
