1 • If you bid ‘live’ on Interencheres.com: - for an amount over €100 including fees: you will receive a secure payment link from Interencheres. - for an amount of less than €100 including fees: You don’t need to do anything! The payment will be debited automatically on the evening of the auction via our Interencheres interface. You will receive your paid invoice following validation by Interencheres, from the Tuesday following the sale. However, if the direct debit fails, you will receive a secure payment link. 2 • For buyers in the auction room, placing firm bids or telephone bids: We accept various payment methods, subject to certain conditions. • Bank transfer: Our preferred payment method! Our bank details are shown in the bottom left-hand corner of the invoice. Any transfer fees, if applicable, are payable by the buyer. • Credit/debit card: Only if you come to the auction house in person. Remote online payments are no longer accepted as they are not secure. • Cash: Up to €1,000 for private individuals and businesses with tax residence in France, and for businesses with tax residence abroad. Up to €10,000 for private individuals resident for tax purposes abroad, subject to presentation of identity documents matching the name on the buyer’s receipt. • Cheques are no longer accepted. Lots will only be released once payment has been credited to our account. Confirmations of transfer orders issued by your bank are not accepted. Automatic reminders are sent out weekly until your payment slip has been settled.

• For lot no. 20 (Amrita SHER-GIL (1913–1941), ‘Still Life with Jug and Fruit’, 1932, oil on panel, signed with the monogram and dated in the bottom right-hand corner, 59.9 x 75.8 cm), bids may only be placed in the auction room or by telephone. We do not accept bids via the Drouot Live and Interencheres Live platforms for lot no. 20. Lot 20 will be clearly visible on these platforms, but it will not be possible to bid online. • The items offered for sale are second-hand. As such, they show signs of normal wear and tear resulting from use and the passage of time. This ‘normal wear and tear’ is not specifically mentioned, unlike any damage, which is not described as such. Where items offered for sale are ‘new’, this is stated in the description. • Unless a label is present, the sizes given are for information purposes only, based on the sellers’ estimates or after trying the items on. These measurements cannot under any circumstances be taken as a guarantee. • The garments on offer have been worn. As such, it is recommended that they be washed before use. * All our results are published on our website a few days after the sale (maximum: 1 week). No requests regarding the non-publication of our results will be accepted. • Purchases made on live auction platforms can only be collected after the auction has ended and the necessary post-auction checks have been carried out. We therefore strongly recommend that lots are collected from the Tuesday following the sale. • Lots can be collected from Ruellan Auction Paris from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6.00 pm. No items will be released without the presentation of a valid form of identification. Should the buyer wish to authorise a third party to collect the lots, a letter of authorisation must be sent to us in advance at the email address mentioned above. The authorised third party must also present a valid form of identification. • Storage of purchased lots is free of charge for up to 40 days after the auction. After this period, you will be charged €5 (excl. VAT) per day.
