The invoice issued by Piguet Hôtel des Ventes following the successful bid for one or more lots must be paid within 3 days of the end of the relevant auction. Interest at a rate of 1 per cent per month will be charged on any late payment. Methods of payment: Piguet Hôtel des Ventes reserves the right to accept or refuse payment by credit card. Debit and credit cards may incur administration fees of between 1 per cent and 3 per cent (+VAT) of the total invoice amount.

Commissions: The buyer pays a commission of 25 per cent in addition to the hammer price of each lot, plus 8.1 per cent VAT on this commission, totalling 27.03 per cent inclusive of VAT. No additional charge is levied for bids placed via our PIGUET ONLINE platform. For any buyer bidding via Invaluable, DrouotOnline, ePaiLive, ArtFoxLive and InterEnchères, an additional 3 per cent will be charged; for those bidding via LiveAuctioneers and Lot Tissimo, an additional 5 per cent will be charged.
