2005 Ferrari 612 Scaglietti
This 612 was delivered new to the Waterloo dealership in Brussels, then sold to its first owner, a resident of Monaco, on 18 March 2005. The current owner purchased it from the Ferrari dealership in Cannes in August 2013; at that time, it had 53,257 km on the clock and was registered in the Principality under the number ‘P117MC’. Since then, the car has covered approximately 17,000 km in regular use and now has less than 70,000 km on the clock. During this period, the owner has had the car serviced regularly at dealerships as well as by brand specialists. The most recent service was carried out at ARS Classic in Signes in June 2024 and included the replacement of the timing belt.
The car still comes with its various service books, including the service log (stamped from 2015 onwards), and is in a condition consistent with its age and mileage. A few cosmetic details could be addressed to enhance its appearance, notably the dashboard, where the leather has shrunk – a common occurrence on this model.
It is now difficult to find a Ferrari from the 2000s within a reasonable budget, especially one with its magnificent 5.7-litre V12. The 612 Scaglietti is one of those superb Ferraris whose value has not yet skyrocketed. The 612 therefore remains an ideal car for a first-time Ferrari owner, being a superb 2+2 GT with relatively low running costs.
