Description
1961 – Bultaco 155 Frame no. B-203695 Engine no. M-203695 No roadworthiness certificate No MOT A logical evolution of the Tralla 101, the Bultaco 155 saw its engine capacity increased to 155 cm³ simply by boring out the cylinder, i.e. fitting a piston with a larger diameter. This resulted in more generous torque at low revs, enhancing its versatility: it could even be fitted with a sidecar. This model was also the brand’s first to feature the colour blue, reserved for touring and utility bikes, whilst red remained the preserve of the sports versions. The example we are offering is in need of restoration. It provides a good starting point for anyone wishing to breathe new life into this fine machine, particularly as its frame number matches that of its engine.
