D350 430679 Spanish registration document No MOT Ducati Mototrans was a Spanish company founded in Barcelona in 1958, resulting from an agreement between Ducati and Spanish partners. It produced numerous Ducati models under licence for the Spanish market. For several decades, Mototrans manufactured motorbikes inspired by Italian Ducatis, whilst making certain adaptations specific to the Spanish market. Among the best-known models are the 24 Horas, 250 Road, 350 and 450 Desmo. Today, Ducati Mototrans hold a special place in the history of Spanish motorcycling. They are prized by collectors for their history, their rarity and their close ties to Ducati, whilst possessing distinctive features that set them apart from models manufactured in Italy. Built around an iconic Italian single-cylinder engine from the ‘wide-case’ series, it features the legendary silhouette of vintage racing machines, enhanced by its sporty yellow livery. The engine is a 350 cm³ air-cooled, 4-stroke single-cylinder unit, fitted with an overhead camshaft.
