Whilst Bultaco was collaborating with the Rickman brothers, Ossa teamed up with Mick Andrews, a rider and member of the works team. He helped the mechanics develop high-performance machines, designed to last and to compete with the best on the circuit at the time.
The Ossa Pluma 250 is regarded as the brand’s first trial bike, following the limited production run of the extremely rare 230. Its double-cradle frame, 244 cc engine, handlebars and riding position make it an extremely effective machine. Its electronic ignition and air filter protection optimise its performance on muddy and wet terrain, making it perfectly suited to trial riding.
This example has been preserved in its original condition and retains all its character and charm.
