Please note: Part of this scaffolding will need to be dismantled and collected on site (private owner, project client, third party to the proceedings) by prior arrangement. The purchaser must provide proof of their technical competence and professional capability to carry out this dismantling and removal, whilst ensuring the safety of both property and people. A valid certificate of professional liability insurance will be required from the successful bidder or the company they appoint for this purpose.
