Description
CITROËN MEHARI AZUR – YEAR 1987 – 3 CV – 2-seater – Petrol – 90,884 KM ON THE ODOMETER. The Citroën Méhari Azur is a particularly distinctive variant of the famous leisure car from the chevron-badged brand. Launched as a limited edition in 1983, it proved so successful that it was subsequently added to the Citroën range until production of the model ceased. This example, from the 1987 model year, features the two-tone white and navy blue livery characteristic of this version, combined with a white and blue striped interior. This Méhari Azur stands out from the classic version thanks to its specific interior trim, its fold-away roof arches – which are more practical to use – and its openwork alloy wheels. These features give it a distinctive visual identity, particularly appreciated by enthusiasts of the Méhari range and underpinned by its fully verified provenance. The engine is the traditional 602 cm³ flat-twin petrol unit, mated to a manual gearbox. Simple in design and well-documented, this engine benefits from a wide availability of spare parts and replacement components. The registration certificate states that the vehicle was first registered on 15 May 1987. The roadworthiness test report dated 15 July 2026 records a mileage of 90,884 km and lists minor faults. Documents: registration certificate and roadworthiness test report. A catalogue for the 1986 model year is enclosed. Sold as is. The mechanical and structural condition is to be assessed by the purchaser, particularly in light of the observations noted in the roadworthiness test report.
