Peugeot 204 C. Year: 1967. Chassis no. 6461756. odometer: 80,927 km. Bodywork: coupé. Launched in April 1965, this new model was soon offered in a 2+2 coupé version in September 1966, a chic, fun-to-drive little coupé designed by Peugeot's in-house studio with a strong Italian influence. Derived from the saloon, this coupé was distinguished by its slim, well-balanced lines, elegant low roof, large glazed area and proportions typical of the period. It was part of a range that was very modern for its time, with front-wheel drive and a transverse engine. The engine was a 4-cylinder, 1130cc unit producing between 53 and 59 bhp.
